My care started off very good after of few weeks all wend downhill, 3 calls a day first one to wash me dress me and breakfast lots of times turn it up at lunch time today 25 October turn up 1.10 pm lunch time a few days ago, Dinner time one turned up 9.40 pm when does the customer come first .

We have homecare come in 3 times a day to help with care for our grandma. The carers that come are friendly and do a good job. When it comes to the care at the weekend the service offered by Kent SCP really suffers. We have to contact the office frequently because carers do not arrive. Some weekends we may be lucky to receive 2 calls a day. The morning call sometimes arrives after 12pm which we feel is unacceptable. If they could organise weekend homecalls better would give a more favourable review.

It's been a month since my original review as above. Quite frankly nothing has changed despite numerous calls to their office. Times of calls are still unacceptable with morning calls sometimes not happening to nearly midday. Having problems with morning calls during the week too, having to constantly chase up the office. Carers who come constantly complaining about their own office being unable to organise a pi** up in a brewery.

Some of the staff are ok but since we have had this service a lot of the time nobody has turned up and when they do turn up they turn up at the time that suits them and not the time that suits me which is 8am and 5pm and the amount of complaints i have made to the office about nobody turning up they said we will look into it and get back to you but they never got back to me and i can not see how they can call themselves proffesionals because they are not they are more like idiots. On the 18th october i cancelled the services but on the 19th they sent someone round in the am and pm so i phoned them up and said that they cant cancel until social services says so which is totally wrong if i want to cancel something then i should be able to cancel regardless of what it is. Since we have had kentscp no won from social services has made a visit to us so i cant see how they know what is best for my mum.

Carers were good but appallingly run from Bexley office, missed calls constant and we were blamed for asking why and finally unfairly removed as they could not be bothered to help us or meet our needs. Definitely a case of the client is always wrong despite our patience and offers of help and changing hours.

I have been attended to by this company for over 5yr now and have found the service good but lately when the regulator careers are off it seems to go to pieces careers turning up at 7am instead of 9-9.30am without prior notice and midday calls turning up at 4.30pm
