I'd give this surgery a minus 5 stars if it was possible.
See attached pics of proof on how poor their patients are serviced.
Phone lines open from 8am and even as I complied this review still unable to get through to make an appointment. Over 300 attempts in 15mins from when the phone line was opened and still unable to get through. Should this be acceptable?
We are living in the digital age where you can install multiple phone lines, yet this surgery will stick to employing 1-2 receptionist staff to man 2 phone lines.
If your so busy, surely you'd open up a few lines and employ more staff to man them?
When you point it out to them, they refer you to use the online booking system which is equally as bad. If you're lucky to see an appointment slot you have to type up your issue quickly otherwise the slot is taken.
The whole process of trying to get an appointment is diabolical from start to finish.
Even speaking to the reception staff and the surgery manager.
They'll use the typical excuse when you complain, if it's really serious then go to A&E in meantime if you're an elderly patient like my mother just wait till it gets worse and an ambulance will probably need to see to you.
The whole practice is so so poorly run and has been getting worse by the years.

Absolutely joke!! Never answering calls and it's a nightmare to make an appointment. What's going on People are ill and need to be seen by GP but how? Kensington partnership please sort your staff and system out because staff isn't showing any interest and are rude too when someone needs something. Really disappointing all this!!!

I have severe throat pain for 8 days. I have tried many things from the pharmacist. But no cure. I lost my voice. I tried to make an appointment on GP, and I called them for more than 1300 times for 45 minutes but always line is busy. I don't know what to do now. Please suggest me what to do.

My experience with this surgery center was highly disappointing. They do not provide appointments regardless of the patient's condition, showing a complete lack of concern. The staff seemed indifferent and lazy, often seen sitting in a cool environment and chatting on their cell phones. Their lack of professionalism and care is unacceptable and made an already stressful situation even worse.

This place can’t even look after their staff never mind patients. They have no patient care what so ever and make the staff follow stupid rules but when the management are needed for support they hide away in their office. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Accept more patients for money but can’t manage the patients they have. Glad I’m well out of this place. It needs shutting down.

The service is poor I suffer from severe depression and suicide thought I ordered my medication last Friday and is now wendsday I have had to try and cope with out my medication I ran out Monday and had to fone them I didn't get much help hopefully I should get it to day it is discussing that I have hade to wait this long if it dose not come to day I'm going to complain to the NHS

Rang so many times for past week do not get through, when I turned up to get an appointment for my mum as noone answered for 4day met with rude staff having a laugh and giggle..a young girl was stood behind me he was intact 15mins early for her appointment got a message saying she's missed her appointment! She told the staff who just did not care never have I come across this kind of system

My mother who is a pensioner is at this surgery and can't get an appointment because they never answer the phone, worse of all the doctors have not signed and authorized her medication with the pharmacist. They are just plain lazy.
