Impossible to get appointments on numerous occasions I've had to go to Broomfield to get medical attention new triage system isnt working.
Nurses overworked no staff overall staff and nurses are very helpful and supportive but appointments are just impossible.

Great surgery! The staff are very efficient, my medication requests are always at the pharmacy within days and the doctors and nurses I've seen are very friendly and helpful. I have been able to book appointments online, unlike my last surgery which was dreadful.

Such a shame for the hard working staff that get let down by the technologies of a GP. The phone system is dreadful, the appearance and decor is somewhat mediocre and drabby. Appointments are nigh on impossible to get but I praise the staff for always assisting to the best of their abilities. If it was not for the people then altering the 2 practises into apartments would be more beneficial.

The most awful doctors. The receptionist are so. I wouldn’t advise anyone to go here at all. I turned up to my appointment and I got turned away because it wouldn’t let me log in online I waited in the queue to be told I should have gone straight up to the glass and said I was there for an appointment, But the day before I got told off for going up to the glass!!!!!!

the new system is utter rubbish, cant get through and when in distress told to call back the next day - to be fair this is because there is nothing they could do. CHANGE THE SYSTEM!
I really dont like how it works now 🙁

doctors, nurses and reception are great but the system lets everyone down.

So many times now this has let me down. Today because i accidentally hit admin instead of medical because i was in a state i got this message. SURELY it can be SEEN and changed to medical?! Its important!
If i could do NO star for the system i would!!!

I don't know what all the bad reviews are about. I have just joined and had a little bit of a nightmare situation as I couldn't get to hospital due to childcare. The receptionist was very keen to get me seen and for the first time in my whole 30 years asked how I am the next day! And that really made me feel cared for and in safe hands. I had a blood test the next day and mis read the text as a different time and they still accepted me to be seen 😊 no issues at all. Lovely HCA too! Thank you
