I'm a professional who was struggling with burnout balancing a full time job and caring for my mum with alzheimers and equally feeling very alone through this. Once it all got too much I knew it was time to talk and I discovered Kay I've had 12 sessions of couselling, at first weekly then bi weekly. She has helped me immensely to understand the root cause of my feelings and emotions what they mean and how to work with them going forward I have laughed and cried along the way. She has been amazing and I would reccomend her to anyone!! If your thinking of booking an appointment.. just do it, set in her home a lovely nice and relaxing environment, it couldn't be more perfect. Thank you so much Kay! You have really made a difference ?

Just avoid. Told me I had a problem with people when it wasn't me with the problem. You were my therapist when you worked at Raoe Crisis. Yes, you did tell me I had a problem and I remember how you said it and exactly where you were sitting. But you know something? I have a wonderful husband and my life has been fantastic. Nice to see you got your friends to do positive reviews not long after I spoke the truth.
