I would highly recommend Katie, she is a wonderful coach and supportive, kind individual who can help bring sense and objectivity to situations you may be struggling with in an overwhelming and complicated world. Katie offers a judgement-free space with lots of support and I’ve learnt so much from her about how our minds and emotions work and helpful tools and techniques for life. I loved how the programme was designed to become embedded in my day-to-day and can be continued even after the formal 8 weeks with Katie comes to an end. When I first met Katie for the consultation, I was quite apprehensive towards therapy and unsure if it would benefit me. However after the initial consultation with Katie, she provided me with assurance and confidence that the selected programme, would bring about the improvements that I’ve been wanting to make in my life.

After several weeks of going through catch up sessions and completing my own practices guided by Katie, I can honestly say the skills and lessons I’ve learnt have led towards me achieving everything I was initially looking for, and will help me achieve further improvements all round.

I would strongly encourage anyone who is maybe thinking about similar therapy sessions, or slightly unsure as to whether it would be for them, to reach out to Katie and see what support can be offered.

I signed up for Katie's programme as I'd been having ongoing issues with poor sleep over many years, had changed my challenging job at work in recent months but was still obsessing over my poor sleep.
Through a combination of theory and practical activities, Katie was a source of expertise and reassurance, enabling me to realise that my lack of sleep was just a symptom of a wider issue about living in the moment and acceptance. She allowed me to realise that a mindful approach to living was what I needed in order for me to move forward.
Despite my initial scepticism, she empowered me to do less 'doing' and to be more present in the day to day.
My sleep patterns and attitude towards them have changed considerably over the 8 week programme and for someone who had been rather disparaging about meditation, I am now a convert.
I cannot recommend her enough.

First off, Katie is an awesome and sweet person who makes everything so much fun and comforting.

Before starting this course with Katie, I did some digging to see what was out there and what kind of course or therapist would fit my needs.

I found a few options and narrowed it down to three before deciding to go with Katie's.

I've had a tough time with addictions my whole life and wanted to make sure I was getting the most out of any therapy I chose.

Katie first offered a 30-minute chat to talk about what I was dealing with and to get a quick introduction to her and how she works.

This chat made me feel like this was exactly what I was looking for and what I needed.

And it was a great choice.

With just one session left, I can honestly say this course has exceeded all my expectations.

There are so many cool techniques Katie teaches from start to finish that have really helped me through this journey.

You're never really sure if this kind of thing will work, and I've always been a bit sceptical about whether it actually does, but I can say, I feel a lot better about myself, and I think many others will have similar experiences, sharing their own success stories as I write this review right now.

As you move through the course, you'll feel a real connection with Katie who makes you feel totally at ease, and she really makes you feel comfortable at every step.

The course itself is perfect, starting with an amazing book Katie guides you through once a week. This book and the techniques it teaches have been a game changer for me, leading right into the next part, which is helping me deal with my addictions and use what I've learned to overcome them.

Of course, everyone's different, and what works for one person might not work for another, but I can honestly say this course was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and I wish I had found it sooner. If you're looking for a course that can help in many ways, no matter what your needs are, I can't recommend it enough. I recently completed Katie Brazier's 8-week mindfulness course, and it has been a transformative experience. My journey began due to my 16-year-old son, who repeatedly told me, "You need to learn how to talk to people. You have too much life trauma. Stop complaining and see someone." One evening, while sitting on his bed next to him as he was on his phone, he asked for my date of birth and maiden name. When I inquired why, he revealed he was booking me a free therapy session. At that moment, I thought, "What have I created?"

Out of love and respect for my son, I attended the appointment, which turned out to be an 8-week mindfulness course. Despite being aware of my lifelong trauma—from childhood struggles with education, being constantly compared to my siblings and labelled "thick" by my parents, to enduring control and bullying from my mother-in-law during my marriage and facing demanding and stressful work—I had no support throughout my life, even up to my current age of 51. The severe mental illness of my eldest son during COVID and his suicide attempts added to my overwhelming fear and anxiety.

When I first met Katie, I had a specific goal in mind and was sceptical that an 8-week course could make a difference. However, as the weeks passed, I noticed significant changes within myself. I became more grateful, started wishing toxic people well, prioritised my own needs, and began healing through love. The transformation was incredible.

Katie asked me what my targets were:
1. To be a loving being
2. To stop criticising people and be more non-judgemental/empathetic
3. To be in the moment
4. To process difficult emotions better (my son's request and I agree)
