Visited Kathryn Court today and was given a really warm welcome. The building was so clean and fresh and very well maintained. All the staff, carers, activities and management were so friendly.

I look forward to my next visit there.

Felt very unwelcome by management when visiting my loved one. Refused relaxing visiting policy even on the day my loved one passed away.
My loved one was very unhappy during her stay at Kathryn Court. Although some of the carers were very nice, she complained of rough treatment several times.
Many other negative things to say, but don't want to write an essay!!!

My mum has been at Kathryn Court for nearly 8 months now and I'm more than happy with the care she is receiving which has been tailored to her needs. The staff are friendly and always willing to help and it always feels like a home from home which is more than can be said for most homes we visited.

my mother-in-law moved into Kathryn Court in March 2022 and we have found the home to be clean , tidy and well run by the management The staff are always friendly and helpful and my mother-in-law is always happy and content
