Today I had my first appointment with Katherine due to having ongoing lower back problems for the past 6/7 months, which have been making my life a misery! Katherine is so lovely! As soon as I met her I felt at ease, she made me feel so comfortable! Katherine answered all of my questions and is very knowledgeable! I cannot wait to have my next appointment with her and eventually one day get back to being pain free with my back. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Katherine has a great "Bedside" manner is very adaptive in relation to individuals needs and requirements.
I always feel very safe in her hands but more importantly I know I will come out with my "tight areas" suitable stretched and less argumentative should we say.

I had my initial assessment with Katherine today and was very impressed by her professionalism, knowledge and her manner. Katherine quickly understood my issues and gave me a great deal of reassurance regarding my future recovery. My treatment was agreed and started immediately. I was also provided with an exercise plan which was demonstrated and fully explained.
Overall it was an excellent introduction to Osteopathy which I hadn't previously explored. I fully expect to return for further treatment and have confidence in Katherine's ability to help me.
