Don’t trust this pharmacy.
After my brother’s kidney transplant, I used them instead of my usual pharmacy due to stock shortages. They had all his medication except one item. I was told to take a photo of the prescription and come back in a few weeks — “no worries.” When I returned, they questioned me repeatedly, claimed the prescription was already dispensed, and refused to give me the owed item despite having it in stock. Completely unacceptable service.

I don’t use this pharmacy very often, but I had a great experience when I visited. The team did their best to supply me with the medicine I needed, and I really appreciated their effort. Even though it was clearly a busy and stressful time, the staff still greeted people with a smile and stayed professional and friendly. I definitely recommend Kasmani Pharmacy!

Best pharmacy in town. My family is registered with Hayes medical centre and this pharmacy is right next to it, which is so handy to collect the medication. Staff is very friendly and respectful all the times, there is always someone to look after you even they look very busy all the time.

Initially used for my daughter but after my son born in early 2020 I use this pharmacy a lot because of his allergies. New procedure we need to email GP and they send the prescription directly to pharmacy. I phone them to confirm before I go and staff on the phone is so polite. Prescription is perfectly labelled and just follow the instructions. All is well.

This chemist offers to deliver the medicine to the home of the disabled and elderly and on that basis I decided to use them..
My doctor sent my prescription on Thursday 12th June and as of today Monday 16th June 25 I have yet to have my medicine delivered.
Tried calling them on many occasions they simply don't answer the phone.
I will now be changing to a different chemist for the next lot of medication.

Ridiculous service provided wrong time table they write from 9 o'clock but the lady staff she deny to give medicine at 9:01 am she haven't open the door. Waste of time to go there
