I really enjoyed my experience of Bowen Therapy. I felt very calm and uplifted. My sciatic problem hasn't been entirely erased after 2 sessions, but I shall continue with the treatment as my problems are very severe. But I have had relief from acid reflux, proof that this treatment certainly treats the whole person.
I would certainly recommend Karen, she is so professional, I have enjoyed each visit , and will continue .

I came to Karen for treatment for shoulder, elbow and wrist pain from repetitive strain. It was quite severe and was stopping me from doing many tasks. She has such a warm and gentle approach and touch. Over the subsequent months since my course of treatments with Karen the pain has completely gone and despite continuing with the work that seemed to exacerbate it I have had no further problems with my arm. It is miraculous and I couldn’t be more grateful to Karen and her healing hands! I highly recommend her practice. Thank you so much Karen.

As I carry out training courses as part of my job, I am constantly on my feet and moving around. About 6 weeks ago I twisted my knee and the pain was unbelievable. It affected my leg, walking and my back too very quickly. I was put on painkillers by my GP, but the knee wasn't getting much better. I had heard about West Sussex Bowen from a colleague, and decided to contact Karen for an appointment. As I knew very little about Bowen, on my first appointment, Karen explained everything to me.
I am I glad that I had these treatments!! After 3 weekly sessions of very relaxing and gentle massaging therapy, I can say that my knee movement has returned to near normal and I feel better in myself generally. As I am fast approaching 60, aches and pains are the norm now sadly, but Karen's Bowen therapy has really made a difference to me. Karen is a very friendly and professional person, and the treatment room is secluded and unbelievably relaxing and peaceful. The whole process (about an hour) is very very gentle, and you needn't worry about getting 'pummled' because you won't be.
I wanted to write this review as a way of saying thanks to Karen for the therapy. Excellent from start to finish.

Karen has a passion for helping sufferers of pain with her Bowen Therapy sessions. Each one is tailored to individual areas of pain and although I felt no immediate cure, within a few days of having a session my aches and pains vanished. I would definitely recommend Karen to others with long term health issues.

I have just finished a course of 3 treatments with Karen, I am so very pleased with the results,
Karen is very experienced, qualified and professional, and made me feel at ease from the minute I arrived.. She was very thorough going through all my medical history and the pains I am suffering with. She has a lovely cabin in her garden which is her treatment room, it was lovely and warm and relaxing.
I felt such a difference in my neck by my second treatment, my head felt so much lighter too!
I enjoyed all my treatments and won’t think twice to visit Karen again, should I need to.

I had 3 sessions of advanced facial reflexology with Karen and absolutely loved it. Karen was so welcoming, friendly and professional. The treatment was so relaxing and I felt that Karen really focused on the areas that I had mentioned. I suffer with a lot of tension in my neck which often gives me a headache. I definitely noticed a reduction in my headaches following the treatment and the tension felt less. Would absolutely go back for more!

Karen was very professional yet friendly and made me feel very comfortable and welcome.

I’ve had Bowen for many years, but this was my first visit to Karen, and after a year of covid lockdown it was wonder to get some treatment again.

Bowen is so subtle yet amazing effective, if you’ve never had it, I highly recommend Karen and Bowen.

My body and mind just function better on it!

I had THE most incredible Zone Face Lift treatment by Karen. I had dinner and I didn’t wear any makeup as my skin had never looked so good. Karen is kind, gentle and so so skilled. I will definitely be returning soon. 1000% recommend
