My wife and i have been cared for by your carers. We are quite satisfied with the carers from you.. they arrive on time and carry out any duties we need to be done. Our main carer is very efficient and punctual.

Great choice of carers. Gemma comes in 5-6 times a week. Amazing client care from her and the other carers. Efficient, friendly, respectful and supportive and caring.
Always puts the client first and goes out of her way to ensure she leaves us comfortable and content.

Truly appalling service from management. Started sending invoices for service they couldn’t evidence. Harassed on phone and email for payment without any proof of payments being owed.
When complained, they cancelled care service with no consideration to how this would impact the mental health of my autistic daughter. Reporting to Social Care Ombudsman for investigation.

This shop is really not to be recommended. Agreements are not adhered to, and the entire communication is more than questionable. So if you want to do something bad to your relatives, this is the place to go, but everyone else should find something else.
