I took part in a 5 week parent and baby nurture course with Kathryn. Kathryn made me feel very welcome and she created a relaxed and calm environment for each session. The sessions involved sensory play, baby massage and well-being advice for the mums. I enjoyed all the sessions and would highly recommend kangaroo family nurturing to others.

The baby group is one of the best I’ve been to. Really relaxed but informative. Kathryn is very knowledgeable and approachable. She taught me so much about my baby and her development but also cares so much about parental mental health and wellbeing.
We’ll miss going every week!

Relaxed and informative baby group. Kathryn is absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. We loved the format of the group with elements of sensory and massage for the babies and then tips for parent wellness and relaxation. It was so nice to have time for mums too as classes are usually 100% baby focused. Also a really friendly environment to meet other mums ☺️ thank you Kathryn 🦘

What a fantastic little group this has been over the last 5 weeks. Kathryn is welcoming, very knowledgeable and so lovely. The setting Is very calm and relaxed. I loved that there was little bit of Sensory with snippets of knowledge about your babies development, then some baby massage learning what each bit helps with then there's some parent nurturing at the end which is fab as groups are always aimed at the babas. Overall a great mix over the hour.

I recently attended the Parent and Baby Nurture Group led by Kathryn with my 4 month sold, Luca. I would highly recommend this class. The class was split into three useful sections; sensory time, baby massage and some tips for mums. Kathryn also provided a helpful leaflet which detailed the massage moves for each part of the body which has allowed me to do the massage easily at home. Despite Luca being my second child, I learnt a lot from Kathryn and looked forward to attending weekly and I know Luca enjoyed it too. Thank you!

Brilliant baby and parent group! Me and my little boy really enjoyed the last 5 weeks! Kathryn is so lovely and welcoming, the groups are only a small number of people so not hectic like some baby groups can be, very relaxing and calm atmosphere! Would definitely recommend to anybody thinking of joining!

Amazing group! Me and my baby girl joined for the 5 week session with Kathryn baby massage and sensory it’s been brilliant. I couldn’t recommended it enough!
