What a day was had at Jump at Great Yarmouth! Days with our granddaughter are special and to find something she loved was a wonderful feeling, you’re so limited in the winter!

She played for hours, and they made her a lovely lunch of a sandwich and crisps and a drink- what a lovely friendly team!

There was a few bits and pieces of dirt around the areas which we’d expect with young kids but it’s always a worry when at that age they put everything in their mouths- but it’s hard to keep
Clean with so many happy children running around all the time, liked how you booked a slot so it wasn’t over crowded. Jump- you were great! Definitely will be coming back xx

Staff absolutely fantastic so friendly and everything was so well organised.
Everything was perfect and they were a pleasure to deal with.

💥AMAZING!!!💥 I recently visited Jump Warehouse, and I can’t say enough about the incredible staff! From the moment we walked in, their enthusiasm was infectious. The team was not only friendly and welcoming but also highly attentive, ensuring everyone felt safe and excited to jump.

The safety briefing was thorough yet engaging, making sure that all guests understood the rules while still keeping the mood fun. Throughout our visit, staff members were always nearby, ready to assist and encourage jumpers of all ages.

What stood out the most was how they interacted with the kids, cheering them on and making them feel like champions, which added to the overall experience. The energy and positivity of the staff truly elevated our day, and it’s clear they love what they do.

If you’re looking for a fun day out, I highly recommend Jump Warehouse. The amazing staff make it a top-notch experience that keeps you coming back for more!

Me and my daughter went to the toddler and parent session great value for money but the fact it’s not clean it’s just rank they also make a massive thing about wearing socks yet don’t say anything to people who don’t wear them.

Went along to the parent and toddler session and had a great time. The place is clean and tidy in awesome condition and all the staff we met were amazing. Especially Dylan who played with my boy on the trampolines. Getting a lunch for the little one was a unexpected bonus. Awesome experience, really good value would defo recomend

Rude staff. We've been a few times but this was one of the worst experiences we've had at a kids play or activity centre. Not clean and staff just moan at everyone's kids. Staff having a breakdown over not having there brand of socks is disgraceful. The fact we've brought there socks before but my daughter has sensory issues so she chose to use Gravity socks as there softer. What's the issue? But nope followed my wife around moaning, they should be ashamed. Will not be returning.

I would like to re-review from a few months ago, when I previously said that Jump Warehouse declined because of the removal of the dodgeball arena. After going again, it’s improved. I still do miss the arena, however I get why it was removed due to the increase of younger customers. I only have one issue with the park, the only issue being that sometimes it gets a bit too busy and you can barely jump about. It’s still fun to go to though, and I’ve been 30+ times over the 8 years I’ve been to it. So, well done Jump.

I have taken my daughter and friends here several times who are aged 9-10 and they have loved it every time. They enjoy the trampolines and they absolutely love the air bags! It is such a perfect place for kids of all ages to have fun for an hour or longer. There’s plenty of seats upstairs where you can watch over the children as they jump and I am always pleased with the customer service , everyone is always polite and sweet including the girls in the cafe. I 100% recommend this place
