I’ve recently left this GP. I always knew it was bad but moving has made me realise just how bad!
We could never get appointments, even for our children.
They lost one of my documents containing information about a referral which was therefore significantly delayed.
Previously they also failed to refer me to the hospital and we experienced huge delays there.
Once you get an appointment the doctors are great.
However unfortunately getting an appointment is pretty much impossible. Even calling that 8am on the dot you can’t get through and then after an hour or so maybe you manage to be told to try again tomorrow as no appointments

Tried to make an appointment for a wound check in 10 days time , told by a receptionist no appointments to go to walk in centre , I have just had major surgery and sitting for maybe 4to 5 hours unacceptable, not allowed to drive so reliant on a lift . Receptionist very unhelpful just as we have experienced before with her, needs to learn some life skills.
Doctors and nurses are brilliant when you get to see them .
You can’t talk to anyone to complain just send an email which I’m sure you would get a set response. We all know the NHS is suffering but being told every time to go to A&E or the walk in clinic is not helping .

28 minutes in queue position 1 trying to call at 8am for an appointment. Trying to get something as simple as a fit note is even impossible, they'll book you appointments and then cancel them with stupid reasons. The receptionist staff are diagnosing patients and telling you medical advice with NO TRAINING. If you have to be under the crisis team for your mental health, do not tell this doctors surgery that or they will just fob off any help you need over to the crisis team and wash their hands of you. I've been with Park House for well over 10 years and they have just gotten worse and worse. I would rather take my chances with a serious illness than even try to book an appointment at this awful establishment. If this wasn't an NHS service it would have been shut down years ago.

This practice has recently started denying all gender affirming healthcare to trans patients. This includes patients on prescriptions established for years requiring minimal oversight or resources. This is morally repugnant. One patient who complained to the practice had her legitimate requests for hormones (which ONLY the GP can prescribe) compared to shoplifting by the GP she saw. This is disugusting discrimination against a vulnerable group who has every right to exist and an equal right to healthcare like any other person. The practice should be ashamed.

This practice is denying gender affirming care to trans people on the grounds they are not trained, despite the fact they have been carrying out this care for well over a decade and it being the exact same health care they give to cis people receiving HRT (a referral from another service, they just have to fill the script and do the bloodwork). They should be ashamed of themselves.

They've recently announced that they're denying all gender affirming care to trans patients. This includes monitoring bloods and HRT prescriptions. This is blatant discrimination and dangerous neglect of their duty of care.
What healthcare are they going to deny next?
Absolutely shameful

Trying to make an appointment to see a doctor, this appears to be an impossible task. Looks like I will have to go to the walk in centre and jam up the system.

This country should remove the "Great" from Great Britain.

Don't know what people are on about. I always get an appointment the same day, no messing. They always look after me.
