I just wanted to share a super positive experience of the service and facilities at the centre. The MSK/Physio staff have been brilliant after my daughter sustained a nasty sports-related injury last year. Everything has happened in a very timely manner, communication has been excellent, and her face-to-face appointments have been very helpful. We have seen physios Charis, Harry and Karen; all of whom have been fantastic. I just wanted to say thank you and we have really appreciated all your help and support so far.

No parking for medical appointments unless you are disabled. Have to use the paid parking at the opposite side of the road £3 an hour. Medical service I got was good though.

I am registered at Shotfield medical practice in Wallington for what I have experienced is that the gp’s and doctors are very nice and helpful when I have my appointments but I find that one of the receptionists can be rude at times when I have an enquiry also I have a mind learning disability which most people have an negative impact on I don’t understand why certain information I can’t speak to a doctor about when it is urgent for me.

I really regret signing up to Shotfield now because when was with my previous gp practice they could tell me any of the information after my hospital appointment from seeing my neurologist at Kingston.

Shotfield practice and Wallington Family practice reside here amongst other clinics including dental. The building is big, airy and maintained well by the cleaners. Plenty of seating available for when waiting for your appointment. There are a couple of disabled parking bays outside. There is good disabled access in and out the building. Lifts available. There is a self booking in system and monitors that display your name and room number to call you for your appointment.

Rudest receptionist ever (no wonder at her age she is only still a receptionist).
No wonder the reviews are so poor at this place, I experienced it myself today and can understand why. The nurse (an Asian lady) was really nice to me, where the receptionist(being specific an older Asian woman) was extremely rude, as soon as you walk in, she has the kind of attitude and long face showing that "Oh god, there is another customer coming in that I have to help with", so glad that I only have to come here on this occasion and it is a place you definitely would like to avoid due to the extremely rude receptionist. For people like her it's recommended to stop wasting a space and give the opportunity to someone else who actually cares, because she needs to go home and re-train herself of how to be a human being.
