The facility was clean. The location is convenient. The price was good, and I got a little bit of a discount for going during the holiday period. The people were friendly, and promised me results in three to four hours although they told me the standard time is typically 24 to 48 hours.

However, that is when the trouble started. The results did not materialize until more than 48 hours later. At the moment, all I have is a pdf of a letter explaining the likely cause of my symptoms. The images are not available despite half a dozen calls requesting them. We are now 6 days after the MRI.

Update: Just after I posted this review, they sent me the images!

This is my second MRI scan here, my first one having taken place a year ago when it was still Living Room Health, my second one a few days ago, and I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. On the most recent occasion, I was in a terribly acute phase of spinal pain, and the technician doing the MRI ensured the results and report would get expedited, so that I could get the treatment I needed. My MRI took place on Wed late afternoon, and the following morning at 10:30am, the images and report were available to me.

I have found staff both over the phone and in person really caring. The clinic is spotless, pleasant, and quiet. I can't recommend it enough.

My mother had an MRI at Jorja Health Care two days ago, and I am very pleased with the experience from start to finish. The facility was spotless, creating a calm and hygienic environment, which is particularly reassuring in a medical setting. I went to have an MRI scan. I booked here because of it's very reasonable price compared to other clinics. I mean a good few hundred cheaper. The Clinic is literally 5 mins from Paddington and easy to find. It's a lovely clean decor and the staff are fantastic. The staff are so accommodating and just really lovely. I will definitely recommend this place if your going private.

Really bad experience!

They probably deal with private work quicker than the one's sent through the NHS.

My mum was referred from Healthshare MSK for an MRI knee. After a month of not hearing nothing I contacted then directly and they said to me they needed to email over a form for me to fill out before booking in the MRI. I asked why nothing had been done since the referral was sent and why no one contacted me if they needed an email address and I was just told this would be looked into.

The next day I contacted them again as no email was sent and again they said the will send it by end of day to no avail. I contacted again the day after and I told the lady to send the email after she got of the phone with me and she promised she would send in 10mins and again it wasn't sent. I understood then why nothing had been done with my mum's referral. I mean how hard is it to send any email. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I was tired of having to chase them everyday so I went back to my referer to cancel the request and send me to St Mary's to have this done instead.

Awful service. Promised me results within 48 hours, over 8 days later, still nothing. Called and spoke to multiple people, promised things that weren’t delivered. Just passive aggressive jargon.
Actual MRI scan was also painful and not explained properly. I would avoid.

Living room health

Such a lovely environment ‘ the Open ness of the scanning suites’

Imaging with windows!! Not claustrophobic.

Greeted with help all the way through to going home with the same.

S scan room is superb for even a waiting guest

O scan a fight to stay awake it was so relaxing - little noise you would associate with an mri.

‘Bright and fresh’

Daylight and the world going on outside whilst being scanned.

Met with diary clashes but no issue.

Results inside of 48hours freely distributed rather than having to assign consultants etc

Mir of one of my foot took more than really 2 hour ...
The staff was unprofessional couldn't manage .( was 2 of them in the room and Senior one in and out over rhe phone , with some suggestions sometimes.)
I have been not moving for more than 2 hours in very unconformable position ( position security side with my head out of the table...
Because me being for more than 2 hour on table , i have been ask to redress myself in the next room wich was toilet staff because the next customer was already in the room !!! And I am woman and the next client was a man!!!
And the worse is that I have been told that the result of my foot has no problem ... and I am still in pain!
Is it the staff?
Is it the machine they used?
Bit frustrated now...
