Went on Easter Sunday to get some antibiotics before going on holiday tomorrow. It wasn’t as busy as I’d expected and was seen so quickly. In and out within the hour and not having to pay parking was a real bonus! Thank you so much 🙏🏼❤️

Twice this week I have been in the UTC following what I thought was a minor fall but has become more complicated.
I cannot praise the staff too highly.
Courteous, helpful and professional.
It is not their fault that the wait can be long, they dislike it every bit as much as the patients.

(Regret I cannot change the heading to my personal google account. Paul Przyszlak.)

I visited the walk-in on 30 December to check a post-operation dressing. Face masks were required - I think I need bigger ears to cope with spectacles, hearing-aids and masks!! On leaving and removing said mask, I managed to dislodge a hearing aid. The staff were very helpful when my wife phoned on arrival home. Please convey my thanks to "Cheryl (Reception)" for arranging the hearing aid to be posted back to me

My 87 Yr old mother broke her ankle at the end of December, she refused to let me go and help her as my health isn't good. Someone decided that my mother was depressed and sent a untrained mental health nurse out to her. She decided that my mother was a "tablet horder" as she had 2 lots of medication, but failed to notice the labels, one was from CoOp Lincon the other was from The Pilgrim Hospital Boston when she was discharged after they thought she might have broken her hip. This woman took it upon herself to remove all my mothers medication leaving her a few days worth behind. She said she would bring back a months supply on the 12th January. Mum ended up in the Pilgrim hospital again after a medical episode and was very badly treated . When she came home she had enough medication up to last Friday. Since Tuesday the 13th January i have been asking for her medication to be taken back to her ,on Thursday 15th January we find out they have destroyed £500 worth of medication and I was promised by the manager that mum would get her medication today ,what a surprise it didn't turn up !!! Mum has Heart and Renal failure, Diabetes, Thyroid problems, Gout , she needs water tablets and other medication. She's had no heart medication, No Omerperzole ,No Diabetic medication, No heart medication since Friday . On Saturday 11th January she had 2 mental health nurses and 2 paramedics bullying her to go to hospital so she gave in ,but one of these took the plug out of her pacemaker machine by her bed and mum didn't know until Papworth called today. Now mum can't get round that side of the bed as she's in a wheelchair so who unplugged it ?
