Amazing practice always polite and kind and go above and beyond for their patients. The girls behind desk and the lovely man are always welcoming and constantly helping either with patients in the practice or on the phone helping too amazing place well done guys

Rang up for a routine appointment, told to ring at 12. Waited 20 mins in queue just for them to hang up on me. Blaming me saying I didn’t hear them even though nobody said a word. Rang back immediately back of queue. Told the receptionist she ignores it. Then says “there’s more than just yourself calling up” as if I don’t know. Very passive aggressive and unhelpful receptionists. Not sure why anybody bothers going here. Horrible service. Would not recommend.

What I will say is that if you get an early appointment 8am you may be waiting until 8.10 for the doctors/nurses to walk in. However, if you are 2 mins late, then have to wait for a receptionist to finish her call, you will be turned away as you have missed your appointment. Not in the least double standards.

Although very , very busy , this gp practice has never let me down, the receptionists have always tried to help where they can. The GPs have always been patient and understanding, including me in decisions in my treatment plan.

No tolerance, unhelpful staff with no compassion. 2 minutes late and im sorry wait another week. Doctors refused to treat serious issues even when asked to by specialists. Unwilling to chase letters and everything is too much work

Appointment at 9:am on 31/12/2024. Waiting here from 8:55 , it's 9:33 still waiting. Why it's always like that. Last time I had to wait more than 10 minutes it was on 23/12/2024. Booking an appointment means you have a time slot and will be attended on that. I can understand few patients need more attention and time but at early morning when you are 1st or 2nd patient, it's strange and not acceptable waiting time of more than 35 minutes.

The staff they are not polite , they have to give priority when it comes baby appointment, my daughter she is 1 yr old try to book an appointment she said is not appointment available now. Really frustrated

The most horrible GP no help no appointments ever rather they help you or send you to emergency lines? You could be dying and they’ll say there’s no appointments where do they all go? If you’re not even handing any out ! Left this gp and joined the Chadderton one so much better so easy to get appointments and don’t have to wait years to get “ checked for a cold or infection “‘
