Iv never had a decent experience with this medical centre, when I ring which is next to never now because they speak to me like im an inconvenience and they speak over me and then stop me from speaking and while doing this they talk to me like im a piece of crap and like im bothering them for ringing. Iv never come across a place like this where I ring to try and sort my problem out and after a phone call with them I feel even worse. I'm sure one of there names are Debbie Buttler, and im going to find out the other receptionist names and hope to stop this behaviour and iv heard them talking about patients before when iv been in for a appointment they were laughing and giggling when someone came to ask a few questions about certain things and because they didnt know these certain things they started laughing at them when they walked away. I think with the way she talks that she is an actual doctor and that really is not the case. It's not right with the way they treat people they ask people not to treat them with any disrespect yet they disrespect patients all the time. It's cruel and sometimes they can hurt people's feelings for no reason what so ever just because they can, hopefully if enough people share there concern or situation if it is a bad one then they will sort this bad behaviour out something has to change clearly if they don't like this job then they should let a professional step in someone who likes to help people. I'm not sure but i think it's against the law to be talking or sharing people's extremely private information between people who does not have clearance with in this work place. They judge people on what it says on the medical record I.e mental health issues if you ring quite alot to try and sort it you can here how irritated they are on the phone it's horrible

23 Months of a H Pylori infection and 23 months of failed PPI's from 4 different GP's now just about recovering after prescribing myself eradication supplements and anti-biotics. Could have ended up with Gastric Cancer avoid at all costs this place.

If you got a wait and see the doctor appointment please do not take that appointment. Better to take any next day a fixed time appointment. I took a wait and see the doctor appointment for my kid and no patients was there but nobody was considering us . This is terrible.

Reception staff depending on who is working!! lack empathy they are defensive and abrupt at times over talking patients not allowing them to express any concerns or issues, there’s a lack of communication between the receptionists and their colleagues in the practice they treat patients with a condescending attitude at times as if they are superior and medically trained to make decisions about the health of a patient for example wether they are deemed priority or not for an appointment. I find them unprofessional at times discussing patients in the reception area while other patients in the waiting area can hear what’s being discussed. They need to stop socially profiling patients treating them like an inconvenience and stop allowing their personal opinions to influence their professional position.

Dr Ko is amazing! I was extremely concerned about something and rather then being dismissed and belittled.. he listened to my concerns and sent me off to a specialist! Don’t think i have experienced such good service before! Especially from a GP

And the blonde lady with glasses.. on reception was so sweet!
Not sure if she is new but KEEEP HER 🙌🏽

Never can get an appointment. Classed as high risk patient and need my medication increased, called every day this week first thing only to be told no appointments and no solution offered by receptionist staff that lack compassion. Also Refuse to do prescriptions over phone anymore. Been at the practice for years and years and it’s the worst it’s ever been just recently couldn’t give a toss about patients something should be done about it

My son as an inhaler monthly and due to working long 12.5hr shifts I call the prescribing clark which is for prescriptions to be told they don't take it over the telephone.The lady is rude doesnt give you chance to talk, It takes 2 minutes for them to put it through in the system,Why have a system that isn't being used in the correct manner not everybody can just come into the surgery,This isn't my first complaint about this lady on the telephone I made one last year too.When I find out this lady's name I will take my complaint further if you cannnot be caring within this environment where you have a duty of care to public then you should not be within this working environment. It is absolutely appalling that people have to be spoken to like this on a telephone and the fact she goes to put the phone down without even given you chance to say anything back clearly she is somebody who "thinks' the way she talks and what she knows is better than someone who she as a duty of care to.
Nobody as the rite to tell somebody they have to do something a certain way especially when they don't know an individuals living circumstances.

Incompetent staff, given it’s a doctors where mainly ill people go the level of respect and understanding is nill. All I can say is AVIOD AT ALL COST
