Liars.

This company was supposed to recover my van. At 8:30am I was given at ETA of 11:30am. At 11:30am they were about half an hour away. At 12 they were 3 miles away. At 12:30pm they were five minutes away. At 2pm they were 2 minutes away.

They never showed up. Just lied, lied and lied. Avoid.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional garage, rating 1 star is too much. My car was booked in by my extended warranty company, when I dropped my car off there was no proper booking in system for the vehicle, no details were taken and I was expected to just leave my keys on a stair case. My car was dropped off on the Tuesday and neither myself or the warranty company could get any sense as to where they were up to with the diagnostics. The following Monday the warranty company called 10 times throughout the day and the only time a phone was answered the person said they couldn’t hear and hung up. I decided then that I would remove my car from the garage and called on Tuesday morning to arrange this. I was asked to give an hours notice before coming to collect, which I did, and unsurprisingly when I arrived the gates were locked and nobody was there. I called again and was told it would be 5 or 10 minutes, over an hour later someone arrived and took nearly 30 minutes to find my keys. My car was in exactly the same place as I left it and it hadn’t even be taken into the workshop. Joey Auto are unprofessional and totally unreliable. If you wish to be treated with any kind of customer service and value your car actually being repaired do not go anywhere near this garage, they are shamelessly disgraceful.

After a recent car accident. My insurance company put me in touch with Joey Autos. Within the hour of making the first call, Warren was on the phone to me explaining his eta, what was going to happen with my car and anything he could do to help. Upon his arrival, I did ask Warren to check for any other personal items once the car had been recovered. Warren did more than just that, he recovered my house keys (sending them recorded delivery back to me) and sent me a video of other items I may have wanted to recover for myself. Amazing service from Joey Auto’s, but more importantly Warren. Fantastic, personable, good guy. Highly recommended. Big thanks.

We subcontracted Joey to do work for us and we are now taking them to court as they havent paid us so if you work with Joe he is a shister and doesnt pay his bills so ask for cash up front
