I’ve been seeing Jo for regular skin treatments for years now (honestly, I’ve lost track of how long). It's clear she truly loves what she does — she’s knowledgeable, attentive, and always professional. I have been seeing Jo since 2021 and I have only wonderful things to say about her!! I spent a substantial part of my time since moving to London 16 years ago trying to find a good beauty therapist for my sensitive skin and ended up visiting most of the skin clinics in the city. Since meeting Jo I have been seeing her religiously every 6 weeks on average and my skin has never looked better! She balances her substantial knowledge breadth with gentleness and the wisdom of knowing when to push my skin and when to let it rest; and a passion for her craft that is second to none. I’ve been seeing Jo for years and my skin has massively improved with regular treatments and her guidance, the routine she’s put together helps me manage flare ups and being on roaccutane. I love our catchups and having Jo at the end of the line between appointments when flare ups happen is incredible. A prime example is helping me fix a flare up from using too many new serums. With a few weeks of following her advice and a facial it had cleared up!
