Impossible to get in touch when you phone them their closed for lunch message is ALWAYS on. Firstly take turns to go for lunch and keep the phones open secondly if you don’t do that switch phones back on when you return. This happens so many times am thinking of changing dentists. So unprofessional and we can’t spend days trying to get in touch to make appointments when it should take a couple of minutes. Sometimes phones are off all afternoon!!!!
