I don't know what's going on with this place. Over the years, it used to be really good, and now it is crap. I don't like the fact that you have to book your appointments online and always have to speak to a doctor over the phone. There have been a number of cases that I had to deal with on the house phone with all different conditions, not just myself and my family, a 9 out of 10. We always end up in A&E because they haven't resolved any problems while going on when they could just be dealt with at the doctor and get it done. I am very disappointed with it. I am looking around to change my doctors but it's the 4th of going over everything. What is wrong with me and illnesses in the family? My advice to these doctors and other people who are looking into joining my experience or would look for different doctors and don't go to this one

Wow....so glad a friend of mine works for safe guarding. When I first registered earlier this yr they were so helpful I don't know if it's new staff but receptionist MEGAN has basically said the pharmacy haven't sent a prescription and are lying....they sent it yesterday I know it's new yrs eve but a request shows up straight away love! It takes up to 48 hrs for the whole process....hope your powwer trip was sortg i, feel so let down. Again! Another place that discriminates those with mental health issues assuming it means thick!

Since joining this surgery, I have not once been disappointed, by the receptionist, nurses or the GPs , who have always been polite and friendly. They are far better than the medical centre that I belonged to before moving here.

Had Dr Vijayendran call me about my urine sample I dropped off via another GP at the practice request and was judged and questioned so wrongly and made to feel like I was some young teenager. Unprofessional, rude and arrogant GP. Complaint made to the practice but I will be taking this further

Went to doctors this morning to book an appointment for a friend because she was working this friend is 76 years old and as a very bad chest try to make and appointment for 12.oclock because she works I was given 10.40 I told receptionist its got to be about 12.00 she told me no sorry I am not going any later than that totally disgusted in the way they treat patients

Another shocking experience with prescriptions. I don't think they ever have anything in. Had countless problems, not being able to get specialised milk for my children. Can get it else where fine. You got told it will be ready the next day its on delivery. Never shows up and you aren't told about it. They then tell you it hasn't been made for 2 months but can get it the next day at another pharmacy. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely useless - can't pre book any appointment's and has to be booked on the day after 8:30pm. Completely backwards service and not very helpful for those that have to work around school and day jobs.
