I have really enjoyed each module and working with Jess, it has been great talking to someone who is also a fellow teacher and understands the stresses and strains of teacher life as she lives it too. I have found each module that we have covered easy to relate to and our discussion on the areas helps me to find the solution to overcome my anxieties and stresses. Jess is supportive and a caring person who is easy to talk to and is there for you. I have enjoyed learning about becoming more positive and understanding my saboteurs and learning about great new habits. Most importantly I feel that I have learnt to begin to look after myself and that I am valuable and I am enough. My work life balance is definitely improving- it is a slow process but I am seeing a big improvement in me. Do not hesitate to do this Happy Teacher Course- I feel all teachers need this, just take the first step, say yes to Jess!

I really enjoyed my coaching call with Jess. I have been stuck in a bad pattern, and Jess gave me tips and tricks to how I could break my bad habits. It has helped a lot. It helps a lot that she is a teacher as well, and that she is very honest about how she is feeling as well. It is always easier to talk to someone who doesn't expect things to be perfect and that is honest about the fact that she isn't either. Makes her very easy to talk to.
Highly recommend taking the time to talk to Jess.
