I had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy this year. I was suffering from Grief and terrible anxiety after losing my mum. I had put off speaking to someone as I found it too difficult but after having an initial conversation with Jeremy he made me feel at ease instantly. We used the EDMR therapy which I found really helped even after the first session. I am very thankful to of met Jeremy and the sessions helped me immensely. My son and daughter have since had sessions with Jeremy to help with Sleep problems and an animal fear, again the sessions have helped massively. I have recommended Jeremy to a number of my friends :).

A friend of mine told me how Jeremy and RTT therapy had helped her with alcohol addiction. That wasn’t my problem: I am – no, was! – an emotional and compulsive eater. But I turned to Jeremy for online therapy and have been very happy with the results.

My food cravings have dramatically reduced. Jeremy was very professional and I felt very safe throughout the hypnotherapy. His way of working is kind and polite. It was very convenient doing everything online. I would definitely recommend Jeremy as an RTT therapist.

In May of 2023 I was diagnosed with cancer and instantly started to suffer with severe anxiety and panic attacks. My G.P gave me tablets to try and resolve the problem but nothing seemed to work.

On searching the internet I came across Jeremy’s website and made contact with him. From the very first time I spoke to him I felt stronger and more able to deal with what was going on. I had many tests and procedures which I was dreading, but with EMDR therapy Jeremy helped me to deal with each and every one of them. Now just over eighteen months down the road I can honestly say that Jeremy played a huge part in my treatment plan and I am not sure how I would have got through it without him.
