When I contacted Jays we were desperate for help.
Care was sorted out that day and increased throughout the following months.
The girls, Ruth, Dorothy and Nana exceeded expectation.
Going over and above to help us, day and night.
They absolutely loved mum and that was reciprocated- they became a part of our family.
If ever we needed extra cover, holiday care the manager Ana was quick to arrange.
I can’t speak more highly of them.

This is 1 of the best Care Agency's in North London, right about now. My dad became bedbound last year, needing care 3 times a day, then increased to 4 times a day. I had no faith in these agency's from other people's experience and what is shown on the telly, but in the 15 mths we have been with Jay's Home Care, Patrick, (there was another lady cant remember her name), Francisca & Steven, have been wonderful. My dad has NEVER had a bed sore, never smelt, always clean, sometimes just as they are ready to leave, he will open his bowels again. They have never, been annoyed that they have to stay and clean all over again, they are patient, very mannarsable and most of all, very trustworthy. They let themselves in by the Key Safe, never mistreated my dad, touched or taken what has nothing to do with them. It has put my faith back in to the care system. Thank you Jay's for the Carers that my dad has caring for him, they are really fantastic. If pay increases are coming up, they need to be at the top of the list. They really are worth their weight in gold.

The carers have been coming to look after our mum for almost 2 years whose on dialysis and has few health issues. We as family are very happy with all the staff especially Carol that care for our mum, who is not always easy person to look after. We really appreciate all the help so far. They refused to provide care for me, when I was about to leave hospital after breaking my hip. The careers wouldn't look after me as I asked for possible help in the bathroom if and only if assistance is needed
