Hi jay-care
I called your shop on Monday morning (early) explained that my husband wheelchair front wheel had completely snapped off.and we were going away on holiday plus up coming appointments.
You told me an engineer would be out to me on Tuesday morning.
Gary came very friendly and explained everything to me and he would do his best. A few hours later a lovely lady called me and said the wheelchair was on its way back to me. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient they were.
I cannot thank them enough and for Gary for doing the job so quick and efficient.
Thank you so much it meant the world to me and my husband.
I would definitely recommend you .

Speedy service,excellent advice from the staff with no "pushy" sales talk. We needed a Riser/Recliner Chair for an elderly relative with mobility issues.
Everyone who dealt with us from the initial enquiry to the chair being in place within our relatives home were really helpful & pleasant,they did what they said they would in a timely manner.
Would definitely recommend this company, thank you all.

Superb service. We needed a wheelchair for a couple of days whilst visiting an elderly relative. Nothing was too much trouble and we were shown how to use and fold away the wheelchair. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company for mobility support and assistance

Massive thanks to guys at Burnley shop Thursday. Had a puncture in town went to their shop Kirby walk and wow. Big lad behind counter think it's Mark was only to keen to get me an engineer Gary to call to site and get me back mobile within 20 mins 👍 I was doomed. Respect lads I'm truly grateful thank you so so much. Your service gets my vote 💯

They did amazing job, but when your sending contractors who are sick to homes with vulnerable people Is not ok, my father doesn’t leave the house due to his disability and is at extremely high risk when it comes to being ill I think a warning would be nice on arrival so he can keep his distance or even a mask. A cold to one isn’t just a cold to another.

What a fantastic service! My mother in law recently became housebound waiting for a hip operation and I have been able to hire a wheelchair from Jay Care, at a very affordable rate, to take her out on day trips, and make the most of the good weather. She hadn't been out of the house for two months and this has given her a real boost. The staff were fantastic - we had a full briefing about how the wheelchair worked all with a friendly smile and a dash of humour. I hope they never go out of business!

I called in as I needed to replace the rubber feet on my Mum's Zimmer frame. The guy who served me (sorry I didn't ask your name) was SO helpful and replaced them for me free of charge. Great customer service. I have purchased from Jay Care many times and will continue to do so they have a great knowledge of their products and are always happy to help. Highly recommended.

After being recommended by a friend, from the moment of contact to the day of installation, Jay Care gave a service second to none. No pressure to buy, office staff great to deal with and Luke the fitter was so helpful and courteous when in my Mum's house.
