Came to get results of a chest scan, was only there for 20 minutes, very quickly seen, staff were brilliant and saw a lovely doctor

Hospital service was great no issues there, spent time in A+E and everybody was great.

I did have issue when paying my car park fee, I only had £20 note which I placed into machine, the machine then informed me that it was an invalid note, but took it anyway without giving me any change, when I approached the reception I was informed that there was nothing they could do as it was at the weekend. Daylight robbery at best, what really gets me was the money belonged to a vulnerable adult I was supporting.

Totally disgusting service.....
