Had ear wax leaving me completely deaf in my left ear. Very generously came out to my home, very polite and respectful, was very clear about prices and they were extremely reasonable for the service provided. I am now hearing clearly out of both ears and the procedure was easy, quick and completely painless. Would 100% recommend.

Only downside is that now I can hear my wife from both sides. Be careful what you wish for.

Enter James David. I never knew hearing could be in 4k. Painless procedure and he came to my house, absolutely unbelievable the difference it has made, I never knew I spoke this loud!

Come out today in Hartlepool and checked both ears, one was blocked which was cleared with a suction machine. No hidden fees, answered questions I had and was a good friendly service.

This service is excellent ! Avoid the long waiting at other ear wax removal providers and book this service instead! I got an appointment in the evening, particularly good for those who work full time. It is especially convenient as James David comes directly to the house. Professional, prompt and knowledgeable. Saw an advert in our local Hartlepool paper and decided to give this a try for my son who ,at 30,has special needs and used to get his ears cleaned through his annual medical review before covid hit. Lovely guy, explained everything easily to our son that would happen and 30 minutes later ears were all clear. No messy water procedure, just a suction tube. Machine is a bit loud and you can hear when it attaches to the wax but so quick and painless. Would definitely recommend and use again,worth the cost to know all cleared safely .
