I started coming hear last year after various disappointing experiences at three different garages in my local area of Hounslow / Isleworth. I knew my car needed some urgent work on its brakes and its MOT was due, so I turned to the company that helped me get through a very basic MOT fail from last year which none of the other garages seemed to be able to deal with.
The team at J & A Motors are top notch, from Aaron's front of house's excellent customer service to the knowledgeable electrical and mechanical team grafting away for this garages very loyal customer base.
Why are their customers always returning here? Because they are trustworthy! This is what I value most from any company. I would find it very hard to go elsewhere in the future.

Had a minor damage to the bumper went here and the guy thought it was feast day, said the whole bumper needed replacement and a quote was for £720! The replacement was not necessary at all went to another body shop and they fixed it for £180! I have used you in the past but this level of dishonesty is outrageous. I seriously doubt I’ll be using you in the future after that to be honest.

Response: why did you not provide a quote to fix the bumper? instead you insisted on getting the whole bumper replaced. Little shady. Get that perspective?

Revision from 5 stars to 3 it did turn out that my car was sold in a scrapyard auction having been written off (unrecorded) due to very minor scratches. But I can’t give 5 stars anymore, because dealers won’t part exchange for a reasonable price. But regardless I have to say that the car is in good condition still and works well.

4 years ago I bought my first ever car form here, I still have it. It caused me no problems what so ever, across the four years I only serviced and changed sparked plugs. They took care of me and I was able to negotiate on price. 4 years later, I'm still very happy with the car, I went out of my way to find them and give them a good review. Great service, trustworthy. I recently visited this garage to get my passenger seat repaired. Mo, the body work man, was absolutely excellent. Even though he was evidently very busy he still took my chair in to fix. Other garages advised that I buy a new chair completely and replace it, however Mo fixed my original chair in two days for an excellent price. I will definitely be recommending this garage and using it for any future problems. Thanks Mo!

After I tried several body shops to have a dent in my front bumper fixed, I found J&A Motors. They had several good reviews and I decided to use them. What a stroke of luck! My car was repaired perfectly and at about half the price that I was quoted by others and it was done on time. A happy customer that will gladly return.. Highly recommended.
