What fabulous and kind service we received from Bettina at Intune Hearing. She came to my 92yr old mum's home to test her hearing and sort out the hearing aids required. Throughout it all Bettina was super calm despite my mother's obvious serious hearing loss and cognitive issues. She suggested a hearing aid package suitable for my mother's needs and not the most expensive. The hearing aids arrived and were fitted in less than 2 weeks!! Bettina called us a few days later to check that all was well and when we mentioned that Mum was struggling a little with the new aids she came to help her. Excellent service. I would highly recommend Intune Hearing.

Bettina was great. She came out and saw my mum at home. She was stone deaf before the visit but was able to unblock her ears and give her a thorough hearing test. If you need a mobile audiologist in the Wharfe Valley area I would highly recommend her.
