Disgusting so called care company.

I happen to live a few doors down from one of their properties in Gillingham, and I can assure you the residents do not receive care.

The last 2 years have been a nightmare for the neighbours and community here and the issues just continue to spiral out of control. Their response when we have raised concerns? Can we the community call the police, or ambulances when they get out of control. Not their carers, us, the neighbours.
From various people turning up at all hours through the night shouting for other residents to give them money, to the long running saga of mentally unstable residents causing non stop stress to neighbours by throwing rubbish out of their windows into the street, screaming threats through their windows or verbally threating other residents within the house.

People no matter what their issues, deserve the care they require. Which is more than this company seem to offer, and certainly more than they receive from what I have witnessed.

unfortunately the property is infested with rats and termites which is a shame because it's a very nice and aesthetically pleasing place. pipes were always clogged and left a very unpleasant smell but nice facilities. i think the staff were nice, can't comment on that as nobody approached me throughout my time there. loved it though🙂

You need to avoid this company called intrinsic care group. All the people writing good reviews are the management of the staff which they have to do it because they're afraid of losing the job and they have been used by Sarah. The company frame staff up and they hate staff that complained. They operate as if we are in Nigeria and most of the staff are Nigerians. This company ought to be close down. Most of the staff can't say the truth because if they do, they will be sacked and they are afraid of loosing the the sponsorship that was given to them by the organization. They always blackmailed staff and spoiled their DBS just to keep the business moving. They treat staffs like slavery. They give shift based on who they like.

Really unsatisfied as a service user.
On the weekends when most issues come up with service user there is no one higher up to speak to.

I don't understand why you can't have someone to be employed in the office on a weekend this is ridiculous to the point where people are harmful themselves.

Manger on call If that's the case kindly provide us with phone numbers

To add to this they give out misinformation I still haven't received a copy of my care plan. Very disappointed
