Insufficient staff, 3 no-shows in 7 days,
my daughter gets overnight care for 7 nights a week 365 days a year. My daughter has got complex needs and needs someone awake attending to her all night.

Initially i was introduced to 5 carers but ended up with 2. Those two are also working with other clients so its impossible they can cover each other.

Out of hours would call me the shift is cancelled and there is nobody else to cover. Oh thanks for calling...., so i stay up all day and night and then the office will call me 9am to wake me up....thanks for calling again.

I would not recommend this agency.
