This clinic is just after your money
Clinic is just after your money. Once something goes wrong, they don’t want to know. Any rectification to their mistakes will be chargeable. I went for an implant for a missing tooth in the upper jaw over a year ago. They recommended that I need to extract 2 more adjoining teeth and replace them with 2 implants with a bridge and bone grafting, which I followed. Straight after during the following period I couldn’t bite on them. I called them and they advised that I have to wait for 5-6 weeks for the pain to ease. It never did , so I went for a second opinion in London and having seen the initial x rays after the surgery and the new ones the doctor told me that the implant will fail and they should have known that before putting the crowns. 3 months later, the implants started wobbling and a month later they came off. I called international plus and told me to go back to them to rectify the problem . When I went back They said that the bone where the implant was put was not strong enough and I should pay €1500 for a new one, which I refused, because I followed their recommendation and I spent about £4000 on the operation and about £10000 on 5 visits for tickets, hotels and travel expenses and now went back to square one and even with less teeth than I initially had when visiting them the first time. It could have costed me much less here in the UK. I saw a lot of similar cases while I was visiting the clinic there from people with different problems. I must say that the staff were all nice and professional but the management was not. They just want to extract as much cash as they can from you by charging you for anything, even when it’s their mistake and they make sure that you cannot sue them by making you sign a long contract at the start which is all in their favor in order to protect themselves.

An excellent facility and means to get first rate healthcare for lower prices outside of the UK. IHP is amazing at organizing everything down to the last detail and am so pleased in how quickly and smoothly it's all done for you. Can't fault them at all ! Recommend to everyone
