Very happy with my treatment for sleeping problems and wellbeing in general. It's work in progress. I felt a difference as soon as the needles were inserted. I am having regular treatments to reset my body and mind. Wondering "what took me so long" to start my treatment?

I have chronic DVT in my leg which is causing so much pain and swelling. I had never had acupuncture, but had got to the point I will try anything. I am now hooked! I never understood what a skill acupuncture is. I saw Tom at ICOM and he really is amazing. So caring, full of knowledge and after only one treatment the pain has released significantly. I have booked to go back so Tom can continue with the treatment plan. I highly recommend not only acupuncture, but the ICOM clinic and their practitioners. The skill and care is really first class.

My appointment with Tom Ings are always helpful
I have been attending this accupunture clinic for many years
I always get a professional and friendly service from Tom
He is very attentive and extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

I have recently had complex major hip surgery and was feeling a lot of pain and feeling anxious. After this treatment felt more relaxed and sleep has improved and the pain was so much easier when I moved.

Tom is just the best

An amazing, life-changing place to study true, classical (Stems and Branches) acupuncture. In going to ICOM I was blessed with such a gift. Having now been an acupuncturist for 8 years, I can honestly say that this style of acupuncture is extremely sophisticated, and goes much deeper in assisting patients to heal compared to the more commonly UK taught TCM style. You also get taught ALL the main acupuncture points!
I’m now expanding my energy healing into Feng Shui and earth/land acupuncture. Stems and Branches philosophy is the bedrock of Feng Shui and thanks to ICOM it is now a natural step for me to take. To all the staff…keep up the good work! ?

I was extremely happy to meet Kirsten for the first time on Thursday. I always get extremely anxious when faced with having to explain my long list of symptoms and past medical history, but Kirsten listened, and acknowledged my feelings with gentleness and care. All necessary precautions were taken to protect us both from covid-19 in a professional and calm way. I've already benefited from my acupuncture treatment and look forward to returning next week.
