To be honest since I was back home in UAE trying to book an appointment in gosh I was dealing with international call center ,was communicating with John he is so cooperative understanding caring and highly highly skills of customer service . I managed to come to gosh and I still communicate with him to help me get my appointments my son was transferred to three different specialist and other tests to be done . He shows so much care for my situation I believe from my experience with dealing with many people John needs to train employees how to deal with customers as he can have great impact I actually call and just ask for him . I would give him 10 stars out of five

Have had to chase for a private appointment constantly for our child and when we do get an appointment we arrive and they dont have us booked in and no record. Taken a day off work and school and a four hour train journey. If this is what private is like no wonder the NHS is in a complete mess.
