Service and experience was always good. Staff is nice and helpful and they always fix me up.
Only downside to service is slowness and bit of NHS bureaucracy due phone appointment needed before any in person appointment. With first sign of issue is generally a 6 weeks sprint to resolve all issues.
They definitely need more people to support current great staff.

Pointless! I called on six different occasions today to book an emergency appointment and none of my calls were answered,at one point was left on hold for 35 minutes

Long waiting lists for fitting the coil, was told can wait for up to 4-5 months.
However,they increased the number of appointments and I had to wait only just over a month.
The Dr and nurse were extremely gentle during the appointment and I almost didn't feel a thing. They really made me feel as comfortable as possible.
I don't think any NHS service can be given 5 stars at the moment as they are underfunded and understaffed,but that's not their fault.

One the phone for 31 minutes. No one answered the phone.
Rang again & was hung up on me after a minute and a half. Rang again for 5 minutes- no one answered. So now I'm driving there to book a much needed appointment.
Very poor indeed ?

Had a wonderful experience with these lovely ladies.

My appointment for my implant removal was canceled at my GP as I arrived to it with no explanation, no notice, no apology.. Nothing... I was in a complete state as it's been severely affecting my mental health (to the point of dangerous thoughts, you get the point) and I was really desperate to have it out as it was my last resort.

I phoned the ISHC in a state, crying and sobbing and the lady was really wonderful and supportive, the nurse called me the next day as agreed and was really pleasant and helpful, I told her my situation and she said that she would put me on 2 separate waiting lists one for normal appointments and another for canceled appointments which was really nice of her.

To my surprise I got a call a couple hours later saying that she's got an appointment available for the same day which had been canceled, I was so happy that I wouldn't have to risk waiting another month (which I dont think I would have been able to) or having to go private and pay £150+ for removal. The process was really easy and I was in and out withing 15 minutes, the nurse was wonderful and really supportive, definitely reccomend.

If I could give -10000 I would. I had a call with doctor and she asked me I can pop in anytime for swab test. Then I pop in I been told by receptionist I need get a text msg and come to collect test kit. I travel one hour from work to there and been told I need come back once I get msg. Pointless when my tongue sore has already gone and I need wait msg. Wasting time and pointless for swab test. Why this system are playing with ppl rather than helping ppl. Lack of humanity. Why should I pay to nhs monthly deduct from my salary and get no service? Ridiculous!!!

Worst service I’ve ever received. The people who work at the desk are too rude. They are not trying to help. Additionally, it doesn’t make sense to explain my health issue to the desk staff. I expect the hospital to respect patients’ privacy. Finally, the appointment system is outdated. The patients have to go to the hospital early in the morning to get a treatment. This system must be online.

Can not fault the staff and service !I had a call from the nurse at the time arranged . The nurse was such a lovely and respectful on the phone and booked me to be seen next morning . She was more then helpful , explained , done the appropriate tests and had a phone call in 2 weeks time to check on me . So professional and down to earth stuff and so pleased that such people work in the health sector! Thank you ever so much !
