Friendly staff, explain everything that is going to happen whilst having a CT scan and how you feel when the dye starts to move around your body, extremely fast scan equipment (state of the art equipment) everything in brand new, I was made to feel at ease before the scan and after. 5 out of 5.

Where do i start , i was sent here by my gp to have a CT scan done , i was nervous but i neednt have been , from entering that building my time there was first class , all the staff i met with were super friendly , a guy called Christian was looking after me , and honestly i was treat with kindness and respect , he explained in detail what i was having done , and as he was putting in my cannular he was very gentle ,always asking if i was ok , feeling any pain etc … i felt at ease , even when injecting the dye on the scanner , other places ive been ur just a number , but here your not , your a patient and they look after from start to finish , so what started out a nervous day , ended on a happy note , thankyou for making me feel at ease and looking after me 🙂
