We were lucky enough to have the team care for my dad four times a day in his last few weeks. The staff were always friendly, courteous and punctual or on one occasion rang to let us know they would be late. They were extremely professional and they were very good with my dad, who liked them a lot. We were always pleased to see them. They were a great support to all the family, not just Dad, and we are very grateful for all they did.

Special thanks go to the A-Team (Theresa and Paul).

A carer from integral was exceptional tonight when my father died as distressed as I am he deserves praise he treated my father with respect and also me tonight when my daddy died thank you isaac xx
