I was seen as an emergency patient by Richard who dealt with my very painful ingrowing toenail. He was extremely professional, caring and positive. He put me at ease straight away and the continuing aftercare was equally good. I highly recommend this practice.

I've been attending Instep of Oakham for some time and I can't praise Pauline enough for her professionalism in her treatment. First arrival at In step my feet were in a terrible state but that did not deter her. Now I'm walking pain free a huge relief. A big shout out to Pauline at instep ?

Absolute brilliant treatment for my daughter's ingrowing toenails. It was a tricky procedure, but Richard and Julie were very attentive and took great care of her. A very professional service; I can't recommend them highly enough.

Highly recommend these guys, always do a great job, corns, hard skin, ingrowing toe nails, he has sorted them all for me, makes me feel like I'm walking on fresh air.

Really comfortable environment and really nice people. Had a mini operation and they were really helpful throughout the whole thing.

Have been visiting Richard regularly now for a few years, mainly to remove an annoying little corn, but it’s such a treat to come out with soft smooth feet.
(Definitely a must for my summer sandals !!)
