As much as I appreciate their ridiculously hard work they do. My uncles current care team are appalling. I had to teach them how to use a toaster and a microwave (show them 3 times in 3 days) they can barely speak English so he can't understand them properly. They repeatedly left the back gate open so it was banging till the point part of it fell off so now doesn't lock at all..this exposed easy access to the key lock box.

Instant Care provide an amazing service in caring for my mum, making sure all her needs are met.
Just knowing our mum is looked after and most importantly happy, it too makes us happy.
Shamila is always very helpful and pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for her and her team of carers.

Instant Care have provided a full care package to my mother since early July 21 when she returned home after 5 months in care. The carers are kind, reliable and consistantly
the same ones So my mum has built up an easy relaxed relationship with them. . Any minor day to day issues have been reported and resolved promptly and sensitively by Shmyler the manager. Obviously I can only speak from mine and my mums experience of Instant Care Company but I would happily recommend them to anyone seeking a care package for their family member.

I am looked after by this company of exalent careers I am a MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE suffera I can not move my lower body and my arms are weak I have to be hoisted out of bed into my chair theses ladys have never looked after enyone with my illness before. The ladys have and still are doing a wonderful job as my needs and my illness is complexed and deterating slowly on a monthly basis. I can not speak highly enough of them they have worked with me to care for my every need and nothing is to much trouble for them I would have no hesitation of highly recommending them to other people with MND they are understanding careing and allways make me feel better when they have been I would not be without my ladys they are my friends and very professional and give wonderfull care 😊 Alma Verity

Can’t stress how reliable and professional the staff at instant care are. Best care company we have used and we have tried many. Adapted to our needs whenever we had a change of circumstances. Even kept in touch with us when care had stopped. Just to check in on the family to see how everyone was. Nice touch from both the management and the carers themselves.
