Inner Bloom is A life-changing sanctuary that should be in every woman's life. The workshops help you heal from the inside so you can grow into the most amazing version of you. I start my morning with a different meditation each day. I can't recommend this academy enough!

My journey with Inner Bloom started March 2024. And boy am I so glad I decided to become a part of this wonderful genuine loving family.
I am not an expert on Inner Bloom, and I'm still discovering every day what it offers. And what it offers is outstanding. All aspects of my health are covered here, and it still continuous to add more.
I regularly use the classes in all areas, the coaches are just amazing & Sammy & her team are just kindness itself. If you need help or advice they’re there for you. No judgement, nothings too much trouble. I lost my husband last year, miss him every day but Inner Bloom helps me through this time. I thank the lovely lady I bought Inner Bloom
from without her I would never have known how special it was. Thank you ?

Inner Bloom has changed my life and my business. Where else will you find a gorgeous supportive community of women, all lifting and inspiring each other, whilst also having the opportunity to earn from the academy by helping other women do the very same?

Some of the things that Inner Bloom offers are workshops, training and resources on all kinds of topics in the arena of mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, manifestation, energy healing, relationships. Plus a whole area dedicated to business. And a number of chat forums for things like sobriety, survivors of chronic illness, pre & post maternity - and so much more!

I’m a qualified coach and healer, so it was a no-brainer for me to get involved, and provide Inner Bloom as an additional support resource for my clients, alongside my own services.

Sammy, the creator of Inner Bloom has her own incredible back-story and the most beautiful vision for the academy. She is a daily source of inspiration and I’m so grateful that she, and the academy came into my life. ?

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – Inner Bloom should be offered on the NHS as a support system and community to ALL women, as there is not an area of a woman’s life that isn’t covered by Inner Bloom ?
