I went to The Ink Doctor in middlesbrough on Saturday the 22 February 2020. And I got some work done on a tattoo of mine it cost me 30 pounds. I've put a picture of my tattoo in my review so you can see the results after 2 day's. I recommend going to see The Ink Doctor he puts you at ease and makes your session go quickly.

I paid upfront for series of 6 laser appointments on 27/3/2019 £650. I had one successful appointment and further ones cancelled due to staff sickness. On one occasion I sat for 20 mins before being told the therapist had cancelled the days appointment as she had a University deadline. I understood the member of staff had pregnancy complications and wished her well but as my treatments could not be carried out in time requested a refund. When heard nothing I chased 6/6/2019 and again on 24/6/2019 and again on 8/7/2019 when I was advised I was not entitled to a refund. I requested a copy of my signed agreement and was told 'it's logged on the computer system' their website was then changed to include a T and C declaration on 10/7/2019. I was then offered a gesture of goodwill £353 and told I had til end of day to accept. I Advised as I had attended one appointment I would accept a 5/6 th refund of £541.67 which was declined rudely. I understand and sympathise when anyone is ill but I had paid for a service that was not given.
