I recently had an MRI scan at InHealth Diagnostic Ealing, and I must commend the exceptional service. Despite being extremely claustrophobic, the receptionist warmly welcomed me. The nurse, Danica, who assisted me, was incredibly kind and professional, explaining every detail and putting me at ease. The other staff inside the MRI room, a gentleman, and a lady, were also kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place for their top-notch service, kindness, and cleanliness. Kudos to the team for making a potentially anxious experience a positive one. 👏🏥

I attended today for an MRI scan on my right knee as part of my NHS GP Physiotherapy referral. I was able to book an appointment so quickly online and the service was outstanding. Thank you to the staff at InHealth at Ealing for the professionalism and care taken to conduct my scan.

Fast booking, good prices, professional staff. I felt very comfortable during the MRI. Safety measures were followed, the healthcare practitioners were very nice. No waiting. Would definitely recommend.

Went for a MRI SCAN today and the whole experience went like clockwork, thanks to the wonderful staff at InHealth 🙏
Did my research before setting off 🙂
I drove to the clinic and parked in one of their several parking spaces.
Although only 2 spaces plus 2 for disabled parking, there are several parking spaces on the first floor

Once parked, go to the reception to book in, then register your name and car number plate on the "parking eye" gadget, and that's it 👍
The reception staff to the nurses and doctors are very happy to help and very polite and respectful of your needs and concerns. I got the Scan CD at the end of my appointment, as I paid privately for my Scan.
You may have to wait about 3 days otherwise.
All in all a very happy outcome 😃

Mateusz at the reception was an absolute delight! He made my visit so pleasant, bless him! Very friendly and polite but also very helpful and professional. Literally the best interaction with a member of staff I've ever had! Also, Charles and Amy, who I saw for my appointment were really nice and understanding.
The only "negative" has to do with the location and the information about it prior to visiting. It was quite tricky to find it and also find where to park. Had it not been for Mateusz help and almost valet-type assistance, I'd have still be looking!!!

Kelly was at reception area when we arrived for our appointment. We were slightly late due to delays on transport. She was able to provide me a number and get in contact to book a new appointment on the same day. She was very helpful, professional and understanding. She has great professionalism when speaking to patients. Kelly was explained everything in detail that I had asked about. Thank you for all the help .

Went for an ultrasound after an accident involving a broken glass. Doctor was immediately conceited and did not let me explain properly what happened and what he should have looked for. He quickly looked at me and then let me go without answering my concerns despite me asking if he saw some pieces of glass inside.
His diagnosis said I had nothing… Pain goes ahead for a month until I do another ultrasound to another clinic… turns out I had 1.8cm piece of glass inside and needed surgery.

I can accept a wrong diagnosis, what I cannot accept is not listening to patient concerns and not trying to do your job at the best.

The communication between me and the National Service was great, staff hyper gentle and comprehensive.
Reminder via mail and SMS.
Had it yesterday and already had the results...yes...yesterday even if waa sunday!
I was positively impressed by the service overall I was experiencing various discomfort, instead was everything smooth. The scan was arranged quickly and was done efficiently. I also received an email with all the instructions previously and a follow up questionnaire after, from the clinician is really reassuring and useful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for medical screening.
In a moment in which the Nation is in crisis and the NHS is struggling seeing some professionality and courtesy was really amazing. Over the moon with the service. Would recommend it 100% !!!

PS I went with the National Service so I don't know nothing about the costs.
