I have worked as an associate of Inclusion for over 12 years now, since becoming an Independent OT. In this time, I have found the team to be very supportive and helpful. Matthew responds to queries and provides helpful advice and support as needed. The admin team are an excellent support and make my life easier, leaving me to focus on my more of my OT aspects. I have always been provided work and have been able to manage my workload as suits me. I have also attended quite a few useful training sessions provided by Inclusion. I feel valued as an OT working for Inclusion and hope to continue with them for many years to come.
