Horrible Service. I went there with a serious problem of dizziness lasting weeks , to ask and book an appointment, and the receptionist just said very sharply ”we are fully booked“ and I said “I can even book in 10 days or more I can wait, but I need to be seen“ and she said again “but we are fully booked“ … are you fully booked forever ? Then she added that doctor was going to call me on that day and obviously they didn’t even call me. This is a joke ! You have to visit your patients , it’s your job and it’s about health. You can’t be so superficial about people’s health-
So the day after I went to sign up to another GP

Changed surgeries purely for logistical reasons not having our own transport. Nothing wrong at all with previous surgery. We were made welcome immediately and all follow ups ie annual reviews etc took place at said time. So easy now for us to be seen and get the No. 97 bus back home without effort.
