Ian's care in helping to sort a shoulder problem has been exceptional and turned around a year long injury in just a few weeks giving me back complete and pain free mobility in my arm and shoulder. I suffered from a very painful shoulder/upper back issue that typical physio wasn't solving. Not a sports related injury. Ian was highly recommended to me and I am extremely grateful for the extensive support that he has given to me. He is an excellent physiotherapist and his knowledge is second to none. My regular visits to him have successfully treated old and existing injuries and helped me to stay active at the tender age of 77 - most recently successfully walking the Beachy Head 10k race in less than two hours. An achievement which would not have been possible without Ian's support. I also benefit from weekly PT sessions with him. These are extremely enjoyable and have extended my gym experiences and helped me to maintain my flexibility and health and wellbeing. Mr. Padget has been a very wonderful and helpful physio. I had a severe migraine for long years and He made them almost totally gone. He communicates the problems details and willing to help and share some fitness tips for improvement. The receptionist very friendly too, convenient area and spacious parking. I never think twice to drive up for a session. Happy and recommended.

I suffer with regular headaches due to tension in my back and shoulders, so I decided to book a deep tissue massage and a little acupuncture, honestly the best thing i could have done my muscles feel great, tension has reduced and my headaches seem better. I’ll be making a regular appointment for maintenance. Highly recommend.
