This salon ruined my life. I just came in for a trim, so a simple cut, and didn't get the stylist I requested ahead of time. My hair got cut by over 6 inches, which is definitely not a trim—I think everyone knows that. I asked for long layers too, which obviously couldn't be done because she cut my hair into a bob. She showed me how much hair she was going to cut to check with me and I was okay with that but then she cut off FAR much more so don't even assume that because you checked they will give you what you ask for. My hair was very important to me, and what was 30 minutes to this salon has caused me a month of sadness so far and at least another year for my hair to grow to the length I wanted them to cut it in the first place. I have to thank the owner for giving me a refund when I asked for one because I did not get the service I asked for, but it is absolutely unacceptable that the staff are not trained to a sufficient standard. I wasn't even going to write a review, but I've thought about this salon and been in pieces over what they did to me every day for a month, so I feel like I should warn others. If you value your hair, learn from my mistake and stay away from this place.

All the staff are great fellows! I came here for the first time and was especially pleased with my new hair color. I advise everyone to visit them and they will stir you up and give you coffee. Well done girls you are doing great work , STARS 🫶🫶🫶

I am new to the area and went here for cut/blow dry, colour refresh with lowlights and toning. I am glad I went as it has confirmed who my new hairdresser will be!

Inga did this and was able to see what I was looking to achieve and gave very helpful advice and guidance on colour for me. Her enthusiasm was second to none and the passion she had for her craft was evident to see. She is extremely efficient and skilled in what she does. Her personality also allows for a client to feel welcome and confident with her.

I came across Images Hair and Beauty via google and I’m so glad I did. The experience and I service I received at this Salon was incredible from start to finish.

It has a real family feel to the place with extremely friendly staff members. I had the lovely Natasha wash, cut and blowdry and I couldn’t be any happier with how it looked. The wash is so relaxing and also thorough, the products smelt amazing. With the cut, I’ve never had my hair look nicer! Better than I could imagine. As for the blowdry, it lasted me 4 days!! The price point for the service is also absolutely fantastic! I can’t believe I haven’t come to this place any sooner and would highly highly recommend it to others!

I had a lovely bob hair cut from Inga. She is very polite and have always met my expectations with hair cut and hair colouring. Staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. Would definitely recommend Images. Super happy customer 🙂

Outstanding service. They pay attention to detail and do a great job. A very caring family business. The family and lovely workers know their clients and help them with anything they need, coffees included. It is obvious that they all enjoy working together. I’m very happy to have seen my lovely hairdresser so happy in this salon and to have met the owners who also look after her very well. Definitely I am a happy customer and I can recommend this salon.

I went for a perm with Andy. He never disappoints me and always does his job nicely and takes his time to do so. I really like how he made me feel whilst getting the perm as we had a nice conversation as well as the shop offering drinks the perm came out very good and highly recommended with a perfect price 5/5
