Don't use.
Lost medical file more than once.
Also cancelled appointments without informing me.
Have recently had a child and they have cancelled my postnatal check up with no warning and also managed to transfer my medical file to a nearer gp to where I live before I even handed said gp my transfer request.
Absolutely shocking wouldn't use again and I have been with them for over 15yrs.

It's a cliche but having to wait wait minutes at the reception desk whilst getting studiously ignored by the receptionist as they tap away at the keyboard without any acknowledgement or greeting isn't very welcoming.

The person I spoke to whilst booking the appointment was really helpful though, and the nurse I saw was helpful and professional, so I have no complaints overall.

Just taken my adult daughter for her appointment. She arrived on time for her appointment. The computer for doing your own Check In had a sign over the screen saying it is broken. Therefore, as my daughter was being sick in the toilet, I got in the queue of people on her behalf. As there were 7 other people in front of me, it obviously took time to get to the front of the queue. As by this time my daughter was classed as being late, the doctor refused to see her!

I've had a really excellent experience with all three doctors I've seen at this practice. I've been able to easily book appointments when needed, each appointment was on time, and the doctors themselves were helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Always get a same-day appointment if I call first thing in the morning (and always get an appointment whatever time I call if if it for my child). Although there is sometimes a delay while waiting for my appointment, it is appreciated that appointments can over-run and some appointments are more urgent than mine. They have a good out-of-hours service too, even if that just involves referral to the out-of-hours service at a local hospital. One star deducted just because they do not let you see the same doctor each time - it would be nice to build a relationship with a doctor and have them understand my history.

I cannot thank ILKLEY MOOR DOCTORS enough, The past few years for my family and I have been very difficult and in this time we have had nothing but exceptional medical help from them, sometimes way more than they had to.
My personal thank you are to Dr Rolfe and Dr Summers, who have helped me so much. You have set a benchmark second to none.
The same applies to your staff, they are very polite and respectful, they are a credit to the surgery.
I were so lucky to have been accepted as a patient to the practice. THANK YOU ALL

My experience of IG Medical is very positive. The e-consult service is great, and can be accessed anytime of the day. I used this service late one eving and received a phone call with minutes of the surgery opening the following day, and whilst is was an important issue it was not urgent. All the staff from recpetion upwards are always very kind and reassuring.

I was very impressed by the quick and helpful response through eConsult following a request for advice. After sending photos and providing an online explanation of the issues I was experiencing I received a response and had a prescription to collect within hours.Very impressed.
