Feel so lucky to be served by this practice. Approachable, friendly staff in all areas, including Reception, make it easy to access the advice and care I need when I need it. Good choice of ways to get help from GP's with either face to face, telephone or online consultations.

Since joining this practice, after my practice of 30 years changed their boundary, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The front staff have always been incredibly patient, empathetic, and generous with their time. Every doctor or nurse I have seen has been competent, timely, and helpful, for both me and my seven month old son.
I am really pleased, in the state of the current nhs, to have a reliable place to go where I feel cared for and respected, which has been so rare in recent years.

Reception staff are so rude! Been at this practice a year and everytime I come off the phone I’m in tears because it’s so frustrating trying to get an appointment. They only have urgent appointments available for same day and tell you your issue isn’t urgent even when a doctor has asked to see you asap. Beyond rude, no compassion.

I’ve had great care from IWMP. Dr Lachmann conducted minor surgery and was superb. I’ve been a patient for 24 years and I have always had great care. I cannot fault the practice.

Spent 20 mins as a caller no1 .
Went to the IWMP while calling. Waited 5 mins for a receptionist, she came out laughing ( obviously she had a great time inside, behind a door).
I Wanted to ask about a letter, that was written wrongly by the secretary - and needed to be corrected ( even though an example was given to them). 2 weeks and I am still waiting.
With my mental health problem ,I do not feel IWMP does enough to understand people who might struggle emotionally-and they definitely do not do their work well.

Receptionist clearly don't speak to the doctors was told on Monday one thing by my doctor's called back few days later to be told I did not see that doctor and wot he told me was wrong? Who is the ones qualified to diagnosie in this building?
Had phone hung up on me and my partner multiple times. Receptionist clearly needs re training in dealing with people and manners
