Took a while to get through on the phone but once I did I was able to get an evening appointment. The GP was excellent and sorted me out a prescription so I don’t have to wait over the weekend to get my medicine. Really impressed.

Impossible to get through to these people - started ringing at 4PM on the dot, called around 300 times from 2 separate phones and always got the "all out agents are busy".

I don't know why my GP even recommended calling these people up - they must do this to people they really want to give the finger to.

iHeart - hire more people if you can't cope with your call volumes.

Called 111 due to my son being ill and they referred it to I-Heart due to it being out of hours. Got a call back from a doctor within 10 minutes and they offered to see us straight away (11:30pm on a Saturday) and a follow up the day after (Sunday). Cannot fault the service at all.

Not possible to connect..extreamly busy ...Called from 4pm..its now 5pm and i make 60calls..noone succes..its like nightmare..
Its say i need to call my gp if there are still open..so i call and she say this time-they have no appointment available and i need to try call Ihart still as she see they have available slots...its not making seance..

Unfit for purpose. Demand you use the phone to book appointments, despite this being a source of anxiety for many, and when you do phone, you are told by an automated system that there are no operators available - and you're not even put on hold.

Absolutely brilliant. Dealt with promptly and efficiently. Had previously tried to get the issue resolved through 111 (as per the instructions on the doctors' recorded message) but 111 were worse than useless.

Excellent service, tried to get an appointment with my local GP on 3 occasions since early December without success. I work full time and long hours. Rang iHeart this evening and an appointment was arranged the same night. Doc was great, received the treatment I needed. Reception staff friendly and very efficient service. Thank you ?
